Privacy Policy

This policy explains what LiftOps collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Last updated September 27, 2026

Information we collect

When you create a LiftOps account, we receive account information from the sign-in method you choose. This can include your email address, display name, and a unique account identifier from Apple, Google, or Firebase Authentication.

When you connect Snowflake, LiftOps stores authorization credentials issued by Snowflake, including access and refresh tokens, their expiration information, and the Snowflake organization or account identifiers needed to maintain the connection. LiftOps does not receive or store your Snowflake password.

To provide the app, LiftOps retrieves Snowflake metadata that your authorized role can access, such as database and schema names, task definitions and status, warehouses, schedules, recent task run history, query identifiers, durations, and error details.

Our service records limited operational logs, including request identifiers, your LiftOps user identifier, the Snowflake account or object involved, the action outcome, and timing information. Request bodies, passwords, and bearer tokens are not intentionally logged.

How we use information

  • Authenticate your LiftOps account and keep you signed in.
  • Connect to Snowflake and carry out actions you request.
  • Display databases, tasks, and task run information.
  • Protect the service, diagnose errors, and respond to support requests.
  • Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

How information is shared

LiftOps uses service providers to operate the app, including Google Cloud and Firebase for authentication, hosted services, secure storage, and operational logging. Snowflake processes information when you connect your account and request Snowflake operations. Apple or Google processes information when you use their sign-in service. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not sell personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or track you across other companies' apps and websites.

Security and retention

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections, restricted service access, and managed secret storage. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

We retain account and connection information while your LiftOps account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain limited records for security, legal, dispute-resolution, and operational purposes where permitted by law.

Your choices and account deletion

You can disconnect Snowflake or delete your LiftOps account from the app. Account deletion removes your LiftOps identity and stored Snowflake connection information. It does not delete your Snowflake account or data held by Snowflake. See the account deletion instructions.

Children

LiftOps is a business operations tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
