Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of LiftOps.
Last updated September 27, 2026
Using LiftOps
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and authorized to access every Snowflake account you connect. You are responsible for your LiftOps account, your devices, and activity performed through them.
Snowflake access and actions
LiftOps acts on the Snowflake environment and permissions you authorize. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate Snowflake role, reviewing actions before confirming them, and ensuring that your use complies with your organization's policies. LiftOps does not control Snowflake availability, configuration, data, or account permissions.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where law permits, use it to violate law or another person's rights, or provide false information about your authority to access a connected system.
Ownership
LiftOps and its software, design, branding, and content are owned by LiftOps or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain ownership of your data and Snowflake environment.
Third-party services
LiftOps depends on services provided by Snowflake, Apple, Google, Firebase, and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or changes they make.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep LiftOps dependable, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiftOps is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any other implied warranty.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiftOps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.
Ending your use
You may stop using LiftOps and delete your account at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, connected systems, or the service, or when these terms are violated.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as LiftOps evolves. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
