How can we help?
Email us and include the reference number shown in LiftOps if one is available.
Common questions
Why can't LiftOps access a task?
LiftOps follows your connected Snowflake role. Ask your Snowflake administrator to confirm that the role can see and operate the task, then reconnect if the role changed.
Why did my connection expire?
Snowflake authorization can expire or be revoked. Open LiftOps, choose the account identifier for your Snowflake account, and complete Snowflake sign-in again.
What should I include with an error?
Send the reference number displayed in the app, the task name, and the approximate time. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other credentials.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete it directly in LiftOps. Follow the account deletion instructions.
